Educational case of a right frontal sinus mucocele treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. The operative report documents a Draf IIb approach and Propel placement.
The selected footage begins after the frontal opening has been created. It shows endoscopic inspection, implant insertion and positioning; it does not show the complete Draf IIb procedure.
Preoperative CT and MRI, postoperative imaging, and endoscopic reviews at 20 days and in March 2025 are shown. Written follow-up to eight months documents an asymptomatic patient, a patent frontal opening and no residual mucocele. The later written outcome is not attributed to the earlier endoscopic images.
